1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cty999 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "cty999") governing your use of all products, services, software and content made available through the cty999 online gaming platform accessible at https://cty999.cam.

By accessing cty999, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

cty999 is an English-language platform. These Terms are published in English and Pakistani players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and elsewhere are expected to read and understand them in English before registering.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on cty999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Access by persons below the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that cty999 has identified and blocked such jurisdictions.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer or director of cty999 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded or permanently banned from cty999 or any associated platform.

By registering, you warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. Providing false or misleading information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4 Account Registration

Registration on cty999 is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a secure password.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cty999 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account and to void any bonus funds or winnings generated on the duplicate account(s).

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. cty999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Currency

Account currency is set at registration. Pakistani Rupees (PKR) may be available as an account currency depending on current platform settings. Currency conversion rates and any associated charges are the Player's responsibility where cross-currency transactions occur.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

cty999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as a standard security and compliance measure. KYC verification may be required at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, after a defined transaction threshold is reached, or at any time that cty999 deems it necessary in the interests of security and regulatory compliance.

5.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation required may include, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo ID showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months confirming your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where required.

5.2 Account Suspension During KYC

Where KYC documents have been requested but not yet received or have not been approved, cty999 may suspend withdrawal processing. Gameplay may continue at cty999's discretion during this period. Continued failure to provide requested documents may result in account closure in accordance with applicable procedures.

5.3 Name Matching

The name on all KYC documents must exactly match the name registered on your cty999 Account. Discrepancies will delay verification. Payments will only be made to accounts in the verified Player's name.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to cty999 accounts must be made using payment methods currently supported on the Platform, as displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Payment brands familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on the Platform for familiarity purposes only. Their listing does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it guarantee availability of a specific method to all users.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Indicative minimums start from approximately PKR 500, though actual limits are subject to change by the operator and may vary by method.

6.2 Player Funds

Funds deposited are held for the purpose of gameplay only. Deposits must come from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. cty999 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where funds are found to originate from third-party payment sources. You must not use borrowed funds, credit facilities or funds derived from illegal activity for any deposit.

6.3 Deposit Limits

Players may voluntarily set deposit limits from within their Account settings as part of the responsible gambling framework. Deposit limits take effect in accordance with Platform policy and cannot be immediately increased once set.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, cleared bonus wagering requirements and account standing in good order. cty999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes; actual processing time depends on the chosen method and the operator's workload.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

• KYC documents must have been submitted and approved.
• Any active bonus must have met its wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated funds.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method in the Player's own verified name.
• The Account must not be under investigation or suspended at the time of the request.

7.2 Withdrawal Refusal

cty999 reserves the right to decline, delay or reverse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or where further verification is required. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide additional information.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

cty999 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of offer. Players must read and accept applicable promotion terms before opting in.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time window and any bet-size restrictions are documented in the relevant promotion terms. Playing games not listed as eligible may not contribute to the wagering requirement.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, syndicate play or any other method designed to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers ("bonus abuse") is prohibited. cty999 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

8.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit this. Opting in to a second promotion while an active bonus is outstanding may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses at cty999's discretion.

8.4 Bonus Illustrative Nature

All bonus amounts, cashback percentages and VIP tier benefits referred to on the cty999 website are illustrative unless confirmed in published current promotion terms. Exact figures are subject to change by the operator.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cty999 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. General principles are as follows:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• cty999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly erroneous odds due to a technical or pricing error.
• Live and in-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
• For casino games, the RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is indicated in the game information panel and is illustrative based on published game mechanics.
• cty999 does not accept liability for bets placed during a period of system malfunction. Any bets affected by material technical failures will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on cty999 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Registering more than one Account.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or other software to interact with the Platform without authorisation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Money laundering or any activity that could be interpreted as an attempt to conceal the origin of funds.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other players.
• Any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gambling

cty999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means to resolve financial problems or recover losses.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits from within their Account settings.
• Self-exclusion is available for players who wish to take a break from gambling — temporarily or permanently. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.
• Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from qualified support services available in their region.
• cty999 will honour self-exclusion requests promptly and will not knowingly allow excluded players to open new accounts.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the cty999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game titles and interface design — is the property of cty999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from cty999.

The cty999 name, logo and brand identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• cty999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• cty999 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or fit for any specific purpose.
• cty999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• cty999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of Real-Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

cty999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Players by displaying the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Reviewed" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through the Platform's internal disputes resolution process by contacting Player Support.

For Pakistani players, it is noted that cty999 does not claim to be regulated by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory body. Players access the Platform on the understanding that the governing jurisdiction is that of the operator's license, not Pakistan. Players remain individually responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws.
